  • Pre‑Event: Coordinated with the College Dean, faculty, and MUA to finalize the schedule; drafted promotional copy and the hosting script; prepared presentation slides.
  • During Event: Hosted and moderated the full program.
  • Post‑Event: Wrote a summary article and organized the group photo session.
• Assembly for Mainland Students | United College — Person‑In‑Charge (PIC) & Host
  • Pre‑Event: Contacted and coordinated student speakers for sharing sessions; drafted promotional copy and the hosting script; created presentation materials.
